Dr. Amir Prasad Behera is an Assistant Professor of English at the School of Management, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Paralakhemundi Campus. He earned his Ph.D. in English with a dissertation titled Emotional Intelligence in a Multi-Sector State Private University: A Communicative Approach. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Behera teaches courses in Communication Skills and Personality Development (CSPD), Comprehension and Communication Skills in English (CCSE), Centurion English Language System (CELTS), English Language Teaching (ELT), and English for Communication and Soft Skills at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Dr. Behera has presented and published numerous research papers at national and international conferences and has contributed articles to several esteemed journals. His current responsibilities include managing the Language Laboratory, coordinating the CCSE and CSPD courses, overseeing the Language Club, and supervising two Ph.D. research scholars.

Additionally, he is an active member of the English Language Teacher Association of India (ELTAI) and the Linguistic Society of India. His research interests include ELT, Emotional Intelligence, and Business Communication. Known for his realistic goal-setting and professionalism, he has also contributed to various institutional committees. His dedication, positive attitude, and commitment define his approach to both teaching and research.
