Mr. Laxmidhar Behera has completed his M.Tech degree in the field of Structural Engineering and B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering as the domain Construction Management. He also has done 3 months internship under "Irrigation and Water resources department, Odisha Govt."

He has completed various certificate course along with technical FDP sessions.

He has also qualified the online certificate course on "Project Planning and Control" through NPTEL under IIT Madras and other courses through AICTE.
