Dr. Nilaya Kumar Mohanty is presently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Physics, School of Applied Science, Centurion University of Technology and management, Bolangir Campus. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Material Research Laboratory, Sambalpur University, Odisha. He has more than 07 years of teaching and 13 years of research experience in condensed matter physics and material science. He has more than 32 research publications in international and national referred journals. His current area of research is based on the development of dielectric, ferroelectric, multiferroics, high-temperature superconducting material, and other smart ceramic materials for device application. Also, he is working on surface modification through the plasma of the materials in connection with different kinds of applications. He has collaborated with some national and international institutions like Sambalpur University, Odisha, India, Birupa College, Kendrapara, under Utkal University and University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, etc. for some experimental as well as interdisciplinary research.
