Actively involved in teaching to under graduate and post graduate students for more than 18 years including Regional Institute of Education (RIE, NCERT)  and Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS, KIIT University), Bhubaneswar. Developed video lecture in virtual Tutorial project (Platform for establishing learning equity among tribal studentsof Odisha) [HRDC], Utkal University.  Possess more than 10 years of research experiences in National Institutes/ Universities, e.g. National Rice Research Institute (NRRI), Cuttack; Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar and Post Doctoral work in Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology (IMMT, CSIR), Bhubaneswar.  Research areas include isolation of micro-organisms, antimicrobial activity study; Phytopathology; Integrated Disease and Pest Management (IPM); Crop growth and production; Pharmacognostical, anatomical, cyto-taxonomical study and powder microscopy for isolation and identification of diagnostic marker cell of herbal drugs; Standardization of herbal drug ingredients used in Ayurvedic formulations  for preparation of Monographs for Single and Compound Formulations and Indigenous Knowledge on Herbal Drugs. Contributed for 14 monographs  published in The Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia of India, Part-II Vol.-I, First Edition (Formulations) and in The Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia of India, Part-II, Vol.-III, (Compound Formulations) during the post doctoral work in the sponsored project "Development of Standard Operating Procedure of manufacturing process of Ayurvedic-Siddha-Unani (ASU) formulations and their pharmacopoeial standards" by the Department of Indian Systems of Medicine and Homeopathy, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, New Delhi. Contributed in digitalization of three reputed Odia novel Chha Mana Athaguntha, Amari Jatira Aagua Neta and Amari Sikshyak Brinda in Odia-Wikipedia (wikisource.org).
